Mission Ignite Facilitation Team is a community for facilitators and consultants who walk alongside parish teams as they shift their culture and systems toward evangelization. We believe God speaks to parishioners, and our work is helping them discern what He is saying while mentoring them into baptismal leadership. None of us can do this alone, so in this community we teach, share, and encourage one another to facilitate parish teams for mission faithfully and effectively.
